shape your waistline in 10 daysWell well well. I don´t know if this is some kind of fake how to but it surely looks trustworthy. The technique is almost to simple to believe, put a tiny ball between your butt cheeks and press them tightly together. I´am not sure about the time per day though, someone here speaking Japanese ?

    so it´s not ten days but ten minutes each day for seven days ? what kind of ball are they using ^^

    those are just bouncey balls like you buy in a 25 cent machine at the grocery store. in japanese they’re called “super balls”
